A hands-on National Sales Managers role, with a long established an industry leading building materials manufacturer. With responsibility for leading a team that are specification and national house builder selling

Compensation: Competitive basic + 20% OTE

Responsibilities:

  • To manage, develop and support a team of 3, to ensure my client retains & improves its market position through specification selling
  • Tracking and winning projects with the Top 20 National Housebuilders
  • Whilst also influencing and securing projects through architects, structural engineers and energy assessors
  • You will lead from the front, with your own ledger of key accounts to develop and win business from
  • Working alongside Sales Managers from the merchant and contractor team, whose ASM’s will protect and back-sell the projects that you and your team are winning
    A team that has plenty of scope for growth and future development

Details:

Package: Competitive basic salary+ + 20% OTE, car, healthcare, pension

Products: Lintels, masonry support and structural building materials

Customers: National House builders, architects, structural engineers and energy assessors

Location: Preferably centrally based, but open as long as you are prepared to travel
