A hybrid specification and contractor sales roles, securing sales for a large format range of decorative cladding and external facades. Tracking newbuild and recladding projects across the public and private sector, with the emphasis on the education, healthcare, leisure and high-rise residential sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • A specification and contractor sales role, securing specifications and winning projects for a large format range of decorative cladding and external facades
  • Tracking newbuild and recladding projects across the public and private sectors
  • Working with architects, main contractors, high-rise developers and cladding contractors
  • With the focus on the education, healthcare, leisure and high-rise residential sectors
  • Whilst supporting a small portfolio of specialist distributors that everything is back-sold through

Overview:

Package: circa £45k-£50k basic & 20% OTE (paid quarterly with +40% achievable with over-riders). Hybrid company car, laptop, mobile, pension & 24 day’s holiday

Territory: Scotland – with emphasis on the central belt

Products: Decorative rain-screen cladding / external large panel facades

Customers: Architects, main contractors, high-rise developers, cladding contractors and cladding distributors
