Specification Sales – Drylining

A specification sales role promoting a high-end range of drylining and internal dry wall products. Tracking commercial projects with main contractors, architects and specialist subcontractors across London and the South East.

Compensation: £45k basic + 20% OTE

Responsibilities:

  • A specification and main contractor  led sales role, tracking and winning commercial projects
  • Working with five main contractors, on established supply-chain agreements
  • As well proactively securing specifications with architects and specifiers
  • Promoting a high-end range of dry lining and internal dry wall products
  • The emphasis will be on winning projects from within the education sector, but not exclusively
  • A fantastic range of products with loads of USP’s, based around strength, durability, acoustic and fire protection qualities
  • There is also diverse range of other building materials that you can up-sell and introduce

Overview:

Package: circa £45k basic +20% OTE (+40% with over-riders), car, laptop, mobile, pension & 25 day’s holiday

Territory: London and the South East

Products: Specialist drylining and internal dry wall products, with a wide range of complimentary solutions to up-sell and fall back on

Customers: Main contractors, architects and subcontractors – with the emphasis on the education and leisure sector
