Responsibilities:
- Inheriting an established and well-performing area from a recently promoted ASM
- Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects, main and subcontractors
Promoting a high-end range of dry lining and internal dry wall products, alongside a complimentary range of flooring, tiling and cladding materials - The emphasis will be on winning projects from within the education and healthcare sector, but not exclusively
- With all projects will be back-sold through an established network of dry lining contractors and specialist distributors
- A fantastic range of products with loads of USP’s, based around strength, durability, acoustic and fire protection qualities
Details:
Package: £40k-£45k basic +20% OTE (+40% achievable with over-riders), hybrid company car, laptop, mobile, pension & 24 day’s holiday
Territory: North West, North East and Yorkshire
Products: Specialist drylining and internal dry wall products, with a wide range of complimentary flooring, tiling and cladding products to add-on and up-sell
Customers: Architects, main contractors, subcontractors, dry liners and distributors – with the emphasis on the education and healthcare sectors
