A field based account management role, selling a wide range of bricks, cladding, architectural stone and masonry products, into national house builders, regional developers and contractors.
- A dual role account managing and developing the relationship with 6 national house builder accounts, all with sole or dual supply chain agreements in place
- These accounts will do roughly 80% of your target, and there’s a lot of project tracking and new developments to be won
- The other part of the role is specification led business development, tracking residential and commercial projects with architects, house builders, high-rise developers and contractors
- You will have access to lead tracking software and an internal database, with all accounts won being retained and developed by yourself
Package: Competitive basic salary and an uncapped OTE – £60k-£70k+ is realistic once fully up and running + Company car or PCP scheme, iPad, mobile, laptop, pension, life insurance, 25 days’ holiday and an annual leave purchase scheme
Territory: East Midlands – Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire
