A field-based specification sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roofing materials into national house builders, regional developers, housing associations, roofing contractors and merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting a leading range of roof tiles, pitched roofing fixings and accessories
- Tracking and winning projects with national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations and roofing contractors
- Developing relationships with the network of merchants your projects will be back-sold through
- Inheriting an established territory with a strong portfolio of existing accounts to develop and grow
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the region
Overview:
Package: £50k-£55k basic + £12k uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly (top performers earning £1,500–£2,000 per month) + £7k car allowance & tools of the trade
Territory: North West
Products: Roof tiles and pitched roof building materials
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, housing associations, roofing contractors and merchants
