Area Sales Manager

Promoting an industry leading range of lintels and structural building materials, tracking and winning projects with regional house builders and local developers, whilst account managing and developing the relationship with an established network of builder’s merchants.

Compensation: Competitive basic + OTE

Responsibilities:

  • A field based territory sales role promoting my clients industry leading range of lintels and masonry support products
  • Inheriting an established and well performing area
  • You will be tracking and winning projects with regional house builders and local developers
  • Whilst account managing and developing the relationship with an established network of builders merchants, that all projects are back-sold through
  • You will be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation

Overview:

Package: Basic salary dependent on experience, with a £5k OTE (paid quarterly), hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan

Territory: Essex, North London & the Northern Home Counties

Selling: Lintels, masonry support and structural building materials

Customers: Builders merchants, regional house builders and local developers
