Responsibilities:
- A design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions
- Inheriting an established and well performing area with a good project bank to account manage and work from
- Winning commercial projects with architects and main contractors across the private and public sector
- Tracking projects across education, healthcare, offices, hotel & leisure, shopping centres, high-rise residential and student accommodation
- Following your specifications through to the contractors and specialist installers, and fabricators / distribution partners
Overview:
Package: £55k-£59k basic with a 15% bonus scheme, £7,200 car allowance, 9% pension, Bupa healthcare and 26 days holiday
Territory: North of England – North West, Yorkshire & North East
Selling: External decorative rainscreen cladding
Customers: Architects, specifiers, main contractors & cladding contractors
