Compensation: £36k-£40k + £8k OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of my clients new Flagship showroom
  • Leading a team of two showroom sales executives from the front
  • Promoting a mid to high-end range of brassware, sanitaryware and showering products
  • Alongside a complimentary range ceramic tiles, radiators, furniture and wetroom solutions
  • Responsible for increasing footfall and driving showroom sales

Overview:

Package: £35k-£40k basic + £6k-£10k OTE

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Selling: Brassware, sanitaryware and showering products

  • A specification led sales role both existing account managing and new business winning
  • Securing specifications for my clients leading range of residential and commercial rain-screen cladding products
  • Alongside a range of internal building boards and drylining products
  • Tracking and winning commercial and residential projects with national house builders, larger regional developers and architects
  • Projects won will be back-sold through an established network of national and independent merchants and distributors

Overview:

PACKAGE: circa £40k-£45k basic, £52k-£58k uncapped OTE + car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare & 24 day’s holiday

TERRITORY: Scotland

SELLING: Decorative rain-screen cladding, building boards and drylining solutions

CUSTOMERS: National house builders, regional developers, architects main and subcontractors
