A hands-on Regional Sales Manager role, responsible for the management and coaching of a team of 6 Area Sales Managers, whilst managing and developing the regions key accounts.

  • Managing and developing a team of 6 Area Sales Managers.
  • Primarily field based, leading from the front, coaching, mentoring and supporting the team.
  • Whilst equally responsible for developing the relationship with the regions key accounts.

Customers: Contractors, regional house builders, merchants and specialist distributors

Territory: North of the UK – Birmingham to Scotland
