Compensation: Competitive basic + 10% OTE

Responsibilities:

  • An aesthetic design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions.
  • Inheriting an established and well performing area, with a project bank to pick up and manage
  • Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects across the private and public sector
  • Typically within education, healthcare, offices, leisure centres, hotels, airports, shopping centres…
  • Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors.

Overview:

Package: Competitive basic salary + £7,800 car allowance, 10% bonus, pension, family healthcare and 26 days holiday

Territory: North London – N, NW, W, HA and some of the E and EC postcodes

Product: Decorative cladding / Architectural facades

Customers: Architects, specifiers, high-rise developers and contractors – projects across the private & public sector
