A technical specification sales role, tracking projects with m&e consultants to promote a range of commercial plumbing and heating solutions, that include heat interface units.

Responsibilities:

  • A specification led sales role creating demand for my client’s range of commercial plumbing & heating solutions.
  • Emphasis will be on their heat interface units, tracking and winning high rise projects.
  • Typically new build contracts for care homes, flats and apartments.
  • Winning specifications with m&e consultants, and tracking them through to the contractors & installers.
  • Whilst equally creating demand and influencing the local authorities and housing associations.

Overview:

Package:  £45k-£50k basic + £8k OTE, company car, laptop, mobile healthcare & pension,
