A field sales role promoting our clients’ award-winning range of lintels and structural support building materials to national house builders and regional developers.
Responsibilities:
- Selling a leading range of lintels and structural support building materials
- Tracking and winning projects with national house builders and regional developers
- There are framework agreements already in place with many of the national house builders, so a big part of the role will be developing relationships with their regional offices, tracking developments and winning projects
- You’ll also be prospecting and winning new regional house builders to add to your portfolio
- You’ll be supported by an internal estimating and technical team throughout the sales process
Overview:
Package: Circa £50k basic with a £5k bonus scheme. Hybrid company car, 25 days holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, Healthcare Cashback Plan & Life Assurance
Territory: South East – London and the Home Counties
Selling: Lintels, windposts, brick slips and structural building products
Customers: National and regional house builders
