A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials into national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations and roofing contractors across the South Central and South West area.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roofing fixings and accessories
- Tracking and winning projects with national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations and roofing contractors
- As well as developing the relationship with a network of merchants that your projects will be back-sold through
- You will inherit a portfolio of accounts to account manage, develop and win business from, as well as being expected to prospect and win new business opportunities
Overview:
Package: £45k-£55k basic with a 25% OTE, £7k car allowance and an excellent corporate benefits package that includes pension contributions matched to 10%
Territory: Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire and South Wales
Products: Roof tiles and pitched roof fixings and accessories
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations, roofing contractors and building / roofing merchants
